It was a narrow time window, so I didn't have to sit around and wait forever for them to show up. They are very accommodating and flexible when the unthinkable happens. We had to reschedule our party date due to other circumstances. They were very helpful in figuring this out. The product was huge and my daughter was over the moon for it. As well as all the other kids were so excited to bounce on their own and not worry about getting jumped on. If we decide to do another bounce house in the future. We will most definitely be contacting them again. Thank you guys for making my daughter’s day!!! We had so much fun. I never took one photo. We rented the Princess Castle for my daughter’s birthday and all the kids (and some parents) had a blast jumping on it! Drop off and pick-up was quick and easy.
