All setups are generally scheduled between 6 AM and 12 PM on the day of your event, unless we communicate otherwise. Our pickup service typically begins at 6 PM on the evening of your event, unless we inform you otherwise. We will reach out to provide you with an estimated pickup time. Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to assisting you!

In the event that you need an exact delivery/setup time or an exact pickup time. Please give us a call at (717)594-8609. Please be aware this can result in an extra (exact timing) fee.

  Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

  All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

  Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

  Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.

  Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

GoGo Inflatables reserves the right to end any event/rental(s) early due to weather (an act of God) with little to no notice (no refunds or rescheduling would be done). GoGo Inflatables also reserves the right to cancel any event/rental(s) due to weather (an act of God). Customer/Lessee will be notified typically the night before their event or the morning of the event. In the unfortunate situation that we have to cancel due to weather (an act of God) for the safety of everyone involved the Customer/Lessee would be then given the following options/choice(s):

     (1) Reschedule your event within 1 year of your currently scheduled event date. (Rescheduling must take place within 30 days and is subject to availability)

     (2) Full refund including any and all deposit(s) paid.

Customer/Lessee may cancel any rental agreement 48 hours prior to their scheduled event for a full refund minus the $100.00 deposit (residential customers only). 

Customer/Lessee agrees and understands that GoGo Inflatables also reserves the right to cancel any rental agreement at any time for any reason(s). (Customer would then be given the option for a full refund including deposit(s) or to use any amount paid towards a future rental within one year of your currently scheduled event date. Rescheduling must take place within 30 days and is subject to availability. Unless otherwise stated.
